The middle school stage is the important period of the students' psychological quality and personality development.It is called "psychological weaning period" or " psychological crisis period" by psychologists.The physiological characteristics of the period determine the middle school students in the psychological and physiological aspects,which are showing stable and rapid changes in the state.So it is urgent and necessary to strengthen secondary school mental health education.The secondary school mental health education is to help middle school students to grow smoothly and successfully through this "dangerous period".Therefore,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on the status quo of mental health education of middle school in Zhangzhou,and solved the problems and causes of the implementation of mental health education in the current middle school by means of dissecting sparrows.According to the relevant theory,the author puts forward some practical measures,which is of great practical significance to guide the practice of mental health education in middle school,promoting the development of students' mental health and improving the effectiveness of education.On the basis of literature research,this study integrates the research results of psychological health education,psychology and management theory,and designs the questionnaire on the situation of mental health education in middle school.The study's methods are as follows: middle school mental health teachers as the research object,the questionnaire survey and field interviews and in-depth study of Zhangzhou first-line middle school.The results show that Zhangzhou secondary school mental health education has many problems in personnel,class,funding,material resources,organization and management,system security and other aspects.The specific performances are as follows.The number of the teachers is not sufficient.There is no guarantee of time and they are lack of fixed funds.What's worse,site facilities are not complete,organizational management is not perfect and the system is not in place and so on.There are many reasons.For example,the idea is not in place,the policy is too macroscopical,the relevant training system is not perfect,the status of mental education teachers is low,the organization is not perfect and the funding is not certain and so on.On this basis,the author puts forward six suggestions on promoting the effectiveness of mental health education in Zhangzhou middle school,that is to say,improve the organization,integrate psychologicalteachers effectively,build and strengthen the relevant system,Focus on teachers' mental health,modernize the psychological education and home-school cooperation.
