Study On The Standard "Three Dimension" System Of University Mobile Media Conduct

With the improvement of modern social informationation degree and the development of the mobile network communication technology,mobile can realize the integration between communication technology and computer technology,and change from human to human transmission media to the mass media.The mobile media becomes "fifth media" following after internet.The high mobility and convenience of mobile media break the limitation of regional,time and computer terminal equipment,it achieves the two basic types of human communication: i.e.the combination of the talk and walk,People can roam the world and break the constraint in indoors and staying the computer.Mobile media are playing more and more important roles in people's daily life,work and study.However,the mobile media have also brought many problems in people's life,work in the mean while the mobile bring great convenience to people because of its characteristics of virtuality and anonymity and lag of the relevant laws and regulations and the lack of standardized management.The great attention should be paid for spreading the harmful information and telecom fraud by means of mobile phone,mobile.Therefore it is of the great significance that study of normalization of mobile media conduct problems not only help to research the development of social norms theory but also help to regulate the behavior of people mobile media usage.The thesis firstly introduces the research background and significance,summarizes the research status of mobile media,and defines and analyzes the important concept and puts forward the research methods and innovations.Chapter 2 mainly discusses the theoretical basis of mobile media behavior and standard from the pedagogy,law,ethics,communications and other disciplines and conduct theory.Chapter 3 divides into three types of violation of moral behavior,the law,and morality behavior and according to the severity of malfunction and action range based on questionnaire survey and summarize the negative effect of online and offline occurred.Chapter 4 analyzes the cause of the anomic behavior about the mobile phone media.Chapter 5 describes mobile media application behavior,standard system construction.This chapter is the main part of the thesis.Its aims is to build mobile phones media conduct three-dimensional system,to organize and implement the code of conduct,including the national level,group level and individual level.Finally put forward the practical application of mobile media practices,including 12 articles of citizens usage mobile conduct,the usage proposal of mobile phones in public places.The specific measures should play leading role in mobile phone in the whole society with strong practicability and maneuverability.The thesis individually provides reference to the mobile media use specification in theory and practice,puts forward twelve practical use behavior standards,provides guideline and the reference for the behavior of individual mobile phone usage.
