In the context of the increasing demand for basic education for teachers' professional competence,primary and secondary school teachers through which way to enhance their professional development,in the new curriculum reform in the trend of professional development,become the current hot topic of education.Teacher network studio in the original teacher on the basis of the studio on the use of technological advantages,has initially formed a set of teachers to promote professional development and training of teachers of the new model.Practice has proved that the leading teachers to lead to the backbone of teachers as the core,to support the network platform,to improve the teaching and research ability for teachers for the purpose of "teacher network studio" not only to promote the growth of their own teachers,but also to play the role of teachers to lead the exemplary role of young teachers to drive the rapid growth.Teacher network studio is a special social community,but also a learning organization in the basic education situation in the evolution.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the historical evolution and construction status and construction mode of the teachers' professional development,promote the quality of education and teaching and the balanced development of basic education.This paper uses the method of scientific research to summarize the existing research results in China,and further study and study the typical construction cases,and summarize the development status of the teacher network studio and the problems and challenges,the platform function is not perfect,time conflict,resource sharing,policy incentives and other issues restricting the operation of the famous teacher network studio,thus affecting the professional development of teachers,these problems are ubiquitous.At the same time,the imbalance of regional development,uneven distribution of disciplines is also a key factor in restricting the healthy and rapid development of network studios.Therefore,this study aims at the existing problems,around the "training teacher,research,demonstration radiation,resource development" goal,lessons learned,construction of the "training-resources-scientific research" Trinity teacher network studio construction model.And from the policy support,funding technical support,team building,expert guidance,assessment and evaluation aspects of the studio proposed the construction strategy.
