Thinking and planning for the future education is an important theme in the process of early adolescents' development.Positive exploration and planning of future education is an important guarantee for early teens to complete their current academic stage and smoothly into the next academic stage.It also has a great effect on current and future educational issues.Many studies have shown that parents' educational expectations are associated with adolescents' future education planning(Nilsen,2011;Eccles et al.,1998;Wilson & Wilson,1992),and parental education expectations can predict adolescents' future education planning(Jodl,et al.,2001;Benner & Mistry,2007).However,under the current cultural background of China,the relationship between parents' educational expectation and early adolescents' future education planning is unclear that's the reason why China's educational research needs to deeply excavated and actively explored.Because deeply influenced by chinese tradition,families are hopeful for their children's future educationa level without exception.But whether chinese parents' exceptions for their children active or not also depends on individual factors.School attitudes as an important predictor of youth education planning(Andersson & Strande,2004),has become an important personal influencing factor.Thus,the role of positive or negative school attitudes in the relationship between parental education expectations and early adolescents' education planning for the future needs further study.Using the psychological test method,this study examines the parental education expectations,school attitudes and future education plannings of 567 early adolescents,and examines the relationship between parental education expectations and early adolescents' education planning,and the moderation roles of different school attitudes in it.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The educational engagement level of female adolescents is significantly higher than that of male adolescents,the education and education level of adolescents in senior grades are significantly higher than those of junior grades.2.Parental education expectations can significantly predict the future educational planning of early adolescents,School attitude prefer to be able to significantly predict the future educational planning of early adolescents,School avoidance can significantly negative predict the future education planning of early adolescents.3.The school likings to be able to moderate the relationship between parental education expectation and early adolescents' education exploration: Under the level of high school liking,parental education expectations can significantly predict the educational exploration of early adolescents,under the level of low school liking,there is no significant correlation between parental education expectations and educational exploration of early adolescents,and there is no gender difference in this moderating.School liking can not be able to regulate the relationship between parental education expectations and education engagement of early adolescents.4.School avoidance can moderate the relationship between parental education expectation and early adolescents' education exploration: Under the level of low school avoidance,parental education expectations can significantly predict the educational exploration of early adolescents,under the level of high school avoidance,there is no significant correlation between parental education expectations and educational exploration of early adolescents,and there is no gender difference in this moderating.Whether in low school avoidance level or high school avoidance level,parental education expectation can significantly predict the education engagement of early adolescents,but in high school avoidance level,the prediction effect of parental education expectations on education engagement of early adolescents is lower than the low school avoidance level,and there is no gender difference in this moderating.
