What are the cognitive cores for Chinese? It is very important to confirm influence literacy cognitive skills.First,if you can determine the core of Chinese character recognition skills,you can use tests in these cognitive skills,to predict the possibility of children's literacy difficulties in the future.Second,parents and teachers can use the test to early intervention and treatment for children's literacy difficulties.Previous studies have found that a variety of related cognitive skills.At present,metalinguistic awareness and RAN skills got wide attention of researchers.This research select 338 students from a primary school as subjects,measuring these children's literacy and literacy related cognitive skills,to explore the relationship between the cognitive skills and literacy,the conclusion is as follows:1.With the increase of grade,the elementary school higher grades children morpheme awareness and rapid naming skills increase dramatically,and the children's voice and orthography has developed a mature.2.The elementary school higher grades of various cognitive skills result with Chinese characters recognition result there is significant correlation between,show that metalinguistic awareness,the better,the better rapid naming skills of children,the stronger the literacy.3.After controlling for age and other cognitive skills,only morpheme awareness and RAN skills of literacy test scores for each grade children have a significant role in explanation,suggests that morpheme awareness and rapid naming plays an important role in the elementary school higher grades children's literacy skills.4.literacy difficulties children common defects a variety of cognitive skills,including morpheme awareness and rapid naming ability defects are the main two kinds of defects.
