Research On The Development Of CUVA North Division Sports Team

School physical education is a planned,objective and organized physical education activity,it is the core component of physical education.Nowadays,the integration of competitive sports and school physical education is one of the characteristics of the development of school physical education.Our country university high level sports team since its establishment in 1987 has been thirty years since the opening of the 2006 Chinese Volleyball League has gone through more than ten years,which marks the college volleyball career of our country has entered a new period of rapid development.As of 2016,a total of 275 colleges and universities in the country have the ability to recruit high-level athletes,of which 59 colleges and universities to recruit high-level volleyball players.Although China's vigorous development of high level sports teams in Colleges and universities,from the side of stimulating the development of university campus sports culture,and make some contribution to China's competitive sports reform,so that the high level volleyball culture in Colleges and universities in China has been rapid development.However,due to the development of high level volleyball teams in Colleges and universities is a complex and complex system engineering,the development of Volleyball in Colleges and universities at the same time,the development process will inevitably lead to some difficulties and problems.In this paper,literature,questionnaire,interviews,mathematical statistics and other research methods on the College Volleyball League in the north division of the development of the 16 sports teams statistical analysis,draw the following conclusions:1.At present,most of the athletes in the North Division from the ordinary high school team,the sport level is more than one level,and a higher level of athletes are relatively scarce.2.The North Division player to obtain high level sports teams in the choice of motivation,is through high level recruitment channels admitted to the ideal university,and college teams do target is limited to the organization of high level athletes training on behalf of the school to participate in the national college competition,outstanding achievements of glory for the school.3.The learning ability of athletes is not up to the standard of college students,and the learning ability of cultural courses needs to be strengthened.4.At present,the age structure of the North Division coach is moderate,high level sports,more engaged in the training system,but there is a certain cultural ability rise space,scientific research ability is weak,the coach's salary,and low professional degree.5.Sports teams in the north division,the University for the sports team's investment in health care is too thin,and the athletes' accommodation conditions have not been given adequate protection and attention.6.The north of the sports team of the team model is mostly independent team,the source of funding for the school's special funding,a single form,the relative lack of funds,athletes training subsidies.7.Colleges and universities for the sports team coaches and athletes are not high attention,should increase the intensity of the coaches out of the training,and give the students to learn the good policy and reward system.In view of the problems existing in the above investigation,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the high level volleyball teams in the north division of CUVA:1.To increase the enrollment propaganda,multi form and multi channels to broaden the recruitment channels,to attract high-level athletes with high level sports teams,in order to improve the overall level of athletes and sports teams in North Division technical ability.2.The north division teams need to explicitly do team goals,determine the final establishment of high level sports teams,players also need to obtain a regular high level sports team motivation,fundamentally correct the attitude.3.To strengthen the supervision of athletes learning,truly student athletes,efforts to complete the goal of university academic,schools should also strengthen academic research for walks students athletes special Shuangyou incentive policy.4.The school should strengthen the theory of the training of coaches,coaches provided some more occupation training opportunities,enhance the comprehensive strength of the level of coaches,strengthen the degree of full-time coaches,and coaches should be appropriate to raise the salary.5.The school should give athletes good accommodation and food conditions,while increasing investment in health care facilities,giving athletes basic life security and attention.6.Explore the diversity of the team model and funding sources,such as the socialization of sports teams,broaden the funding channels,reduce the financial pressure on the school,but also to create better training conditions for the sports team.7.Schools should strengthen the importance of the sports team,to solve the practical difficulties faced by the sports team.
