The existing internet-divorce research usually takes divorce mode as the entry to analyze how internet accelerates divorce to a peak,or investigates the effect of internet to divorce,so as to find out that internet impacts on the divorce rate in both direct and indirect way.Compared with rich theories of mainstream family sociology,so far however,few researches have been made that taking internet as one divorce factor in a systematized way.Therefore,this article is to use the baseline data of CFPS in 2010,attempting to analyze the influence of online target and online time on marriage stability.By using Cox proportional hazard model,this research finds that those who take more time online are facing a higher risk of divorce than those not;those who more reliable on emotional support are also facing a higher risk,however,it will make no impact if the online target is to study,work or entertain.At the same time,once internet squeezes family leisure time,and seriously impacts the family time allocation,it will weaken the daily interaction between couples,and destroy the realization of family emotional support,in this way,internet also turns into a disadvantage factor of marriage stability.Because of China's special condition,in the end,this article investigates the difference between urban and rural,and the data shows that in urban areas,those online people are more lying to face higher divorce risks.
