This paper use the juvenile amateur football club of Shandong province as the research object,using the method of literature data,hierarchical analysis method,the questionnaire survey method and logical reasoning method,comprehensive evaluation indicators of teenagers amateur football club,from the following five aspects such as:training,management,performance,education and security to establish evaluation index system of juvenile amateur football club,the conclusions are as follows:1.Establish a 37 three-level index,5 secondary index and index of 1 class of Shandong province juvenile amateur football club evaluation index system,and calculate the weight of each index in the index system of coefficient.2.Teenagers amateur football club is to promote football,and the key to expanding population of football.It should be aimed at the present stage of the status quo of teenagers amateur football club to promote youth amateur football club of the marketization and standardization actively.3.Establishing juvenile amateur football club standard of evaluation index system and evaluation method,corresponding calculation formula is given and the club's star rating standard,so that applied in practice.
