Research Objective:The author tried to seek for the forcing and ending time,duration and RMS amplitude,EMG integral and its percentage,through the collections and analysis of electrical characteristics with EMG acquisition instrument,with the hope that it can help improve the teaching training of back style high jump,and to standard and accurate their jump so that they can get higher score.Research Method:The author selected students(male)inShanxi normal University sports college,two of whom were second-grade athletes(training time is two years);15 of whom were from track and field major(training time is 6 months).All participents were ordered that no one can have strenuous exercise and no muscle fatigue damage.DELSYS Trigno Mobilis is made in America,it can sense remotly muscles.The specific index are as follows: the beginning and ending time of myoelectric activity,its lasting time and RMS amplitude,integral value and its percentage.Research Conclusion:In this study,the EMG characteristics of second-grade students is with high temporality and rugularity;the EMG characteristics of students majoring in track and field is similar,but with lower rugularity and order.All these may due to different training time and physical quality.The EMG of students who have different trainging time during back style high jump has the features of long lasting time and higher force.All these are due to largely vastus madialis and lateralis,while the tibilis anterior muscle and semitendinosus muscle have lower contribution.
