Research On Knowledge Management In The National University Science Park

As a kind of burgeoning new management method,knowledge management has been widely applied to all kinds of social organizations.With the advent of knowledge production Mode 3,accelerating the development of national university science park is the university functional transformation as well as it's mission.National university science park,as it were,provide a piece of natural soil for the practice of knowledge management,and knowledge management will also inject new vitality for university science park,enterprises,universities,government.This research will around the theme of knowledge management in the national university science park,based on the grounded theory methodology,literature method and interview method,take S university as a case,do qualitative research.In the specific divided into the following several parts:First,Introduce the research background,significance,purpose,and literature review about knowledge management in the national university science park.Second,the research design of knowledge management in the national university science park.The research content revolves around three questions.(1)Why national university science should imply knowledge management?(2)What is knowledge management in university science park 's implementation status? Around this problem will continue to ask what kind of problems encountered in the implementation? Or why not implemented?(3)How to make the knowledge management more smoothly on the implementation of in university science park?Third,the status and problems of knowledge management in S national university science park.Taking S university as a case,sample and make depth interviewing.Based on interview materials classified finishing,from the perspective of knowledge process,knowledge production and innovation,knowledge storage and processing,knowledge dissemination and sharing,knowledge transformation and application four links point the present situation and the existing problems of knowledge management in university science park.Fourth,the influence factors of knowledge management in national university science parkimplementation.In view of the existing problems,from the perspective of organization theory,talents,regime,culture and other factors influencing theimplementation of knowledge management in university science park.Last,promote the safeguard mechanism of the knowledge management in national university science park.By analyzing the problems and the influence factors in the S national university science park,combining four screw theory discuss government,university,university science park and enterprise four subjects how to common build the safeguard mechanism about knowledge management in university science park.
