In our country the last three decades or so,a new educational concept "Competence-based" is quietly rising,this is as basic education through training and development of students the basic required skills.The idea for the most basic point of view,the purpose of education is not only to allow students to acquire knowledge needed,more importantly,it should be the ability of students.The ability to not only by the spread of knowledge can be acquired,is the need to rely on the ability to get to understand the depth of the knowledge and practice to solve the problem in a different situation.Features of this concept for the training of students to carry out the required capabilities as a basis for education,to strengthen the harmonious development of students' ability and quality of students through the practical ability.Now Gymnastics course at University of content,the ability of a comprehensive system based on the concept of relatively few.In this study,the theoretical basis of the ability to sort based on a logical,according to the specific conditions of Jiangsu Province,through research,surveys,expert interviews and other methods to try to put forward optimization Gymnastic Course Content Strategies,build optimization tools,purpose explore new ideas in Gymnastic course content optimization to provide reference for the reform of teaching gymnastics and decision-making departments.In this paper,the use of literature,interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the use of questionnaires,Southern Jiangsu,North Jiangsu,central Jiangsu and two each,a total of six universities to extract data,The data is then factor analysis.Questionnaire process,interviews with experts and scholars on the school,and discusses the theoretical issues at capacity-based perspective,the ability to use standard four theoretical basis of the course content optimization are discussed,and finally come in standard capacity Gymnastics Perspective of General optimization Strategies course content.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first chapter is preface,introduces the research background,purpose,significance and innovative points.The second part explains and related Summary of related concepts defined.The third part is the object of study and research methods employed.The fourth part introduces Discussion based education and the Theoretical System for Physical Education Gymnastics Required Course Optimization.The fifth part is the data analysis section analyzes the data capacity of the status quo under the standard theory of four dimensions,as well as according to the teaching content index and capacity index factor analysis,correlation analysis based on the factor data,the conclusion that teaching content optimization tool and student assessment tools.According to Part VI Part V content analysis,summed up in Physical Education Teaching in General Gymnastics dimension,a dimension curriculum,teaching dimension,a dimension textbook problems,we proposed the corresponding measures of improvement.Part VII of the following conclusions: Physical Education is necessary to optimize the Gymnastic courses;Gymnastic Ability Standard Perspective courses require outstanding scientific teaching methods,advanced teaching methods and reasonable evaluation method solve complex teaching content,cross,can not meet the students' ability to improve the phenomenon;use optimization tools to optimize the teaching content can be effective for the other three dimensions of the problems were alleviated.Also proposed to and after in-depth study was conceived: to increase the number of sample survey,expanding the scope of research,expand the range of applications.
