Research On The Training For Reserve Force Of Chengdu Five-a-side Football Referee Under The New Situation

Chengdu,as the provincial capital of Sichuan province,the level of football in Chengdu has developed to a higher stage compared with other cities in the early years,however,recently it has been dropped with the referee team appearing a fault phenomenon.The fault phenomenon is the primary reason that influences the sustainable development of sports level.The General Guideline of China's Soccer Reformation has been approved by the State Council which makes a significant mark for the development of China's football level.The 7th guideline introduced the strategic target that improve the methods of training and developing professional football talents,which mentions the general and specific policies of strengthening the professional football talents and solving the problems of football players' job transfer.There's a large gap between China's football level and the world level.The worldwide ranking of China's football level doesn't match China's comprehensive national strength.Making a deep reform of China's football level has been discussed many times by sports circles,personages of all circles and state leaders.Besides,it has been put forward many times that China's football would be comprehensive reformed.Dince the Five-a-side football developed from more than a decade ago in China,the development of the referee team is limited.Compared with others,as the first city that starts the five-a-side football,Chengdu has a stable mass bass and social influence.Through the research of the five-a-side football referee's reserve force,it will make a sense of quickly promoting and popularizing this sport to Chengdu's surrounding area and all the Sichuan province from a long-term perspective.Also,the development of referee team can make a good example through the country.Through the literature review method,experts access method,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics method and comparative analysis method,this article focuses on solutions of training reserve force for Chengdu's five-a-side football which takes Chengdu's football referees as respondents.As the development market of five-a-side football and five-a-side football referee has a large space and Chengdu's five-a-side football has been developed for a long time,this article discusses about the training of Chengdu's five-a-side football referee's reserve force and analyzes the deficiency during the training and proposes solutions of how to perfect the training system of Chengdu's five-a-side football referee.This article points on the following perspectives of five-a-side referee.1,analysis of the distribution in different area;2,analysis of the referee gender;3,analysis of referees' occupation;4,analysis of law enforcement experience;5,analysis of education background;6,analysis of referees' theory study and physical fitness test.Through the research of above,I draw a conclusion as following.1.Chengdu judges in the area of uneven distribution,men and women referee the proportion of the gap is large,there is a serious imbalance.2.The age of referees in Chengdu is mainly concentrated in the two stages of 20--30 years and over 40 years,and the number of referees aged 30--35 years is less,showing the phenomenon of intermediate age connecting faults.3.Female referees have less opportunities for practice,resulting in low enthusiasm,lack of experience,lack of self-confidence,lack of business communication and many other issues.4.Chengdu Football Association referee committee organization is not perfect,staffing is not enough,there is no regular training,management is loose and unsystematic,referees lack of reasonable business learning exchanges.5.Unreasonable use of resources with the surrounding associations and local colleges and universities,the referee reserve force restrictions on the environment.
