Junior high school physical education examination is the product of the reform of physical education,which reflects the country's high school students on the level of physical and mental health attaches great importance to,but also greatly promoted the reform of physical education curriculum.The physical and mental health of middle school students is not only related to their own healthy growth and the family's happy life,but also affect the health of the whole nation.In the investigation of the physical and mental health of the third and third year students,it was found that the physical and mental health of the third and third year students changed with the change of objective factors.These changes had both good and positive,and there were some problem.This paper aims to analyze the influencing factors of physical health and mental health of physical education under the background of junior high school physical education examination,and make detailed research and analysis,draw conclusions and put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures to promote the relationship between middle school students Physical and mental health aspects of the overall development of a little contribution.In this study,16 literatures,interviews,experiments,questionnaires and mathematical statistics were used in this study,and 16 natural classes(Grade 3 and Grade 1)of 7 senior secondary schools in Kunming were collected.Students as experimental samples for investigation and research,research content is divided into physiological and psychological part of the two elements.Physiological part of the third grade and high first grade students in the body shape indicators,physical function indicators,physical fitness indicators and physical skills indicators related to test statistics,the test results for statistical analysis,in order to study the beginning The third part and the first year of the overall quality of the students the difference between the quality and related reasons;psychological part: the third grade and high first grade students psychological sense of assessment,and further study the attitude of physical exercise,physical activity and physical exercise The relationship between feeling and psychological sense of consistency,in order to draw the relationship between physical exercise and secondary school students psychological sense of relevance.The results show that physical exercise in the background of junior high school physical education can improve the physical quality of students,and also can improve the students' sense of psychological consistency and promote the physical and mental health of students.According to the present study,we can put forward that in order to conform to the development of middle school physical education and teaching,teachers should constantly improve their own teaching and teaching concepts in order to improve students' physical quality and pay attention to the changes of students' psychological factors,adjust and promote students' psychological consistency Sense of the increase in order to promote the comprehensive development of physical and mental health of secondary school students.
