The serious loss of teachers in the state of A country in Yunnan Province has always been an important factor restricting the development of education in the region.In the course of the loss of teachers,there are flows to other civil servants and resignation to other public institutions.This paper chooses five rural teachers working in different counties and cities of A state as case studies,using educational management,educational psychology and pedagogy,using narrative research to analyze the status quo of rural teachers to the civil service industry,combined with the knowledge of psychology The paper analyzes the influencing factors of the loss of the rural teachers,and puts forward their own thoughts on the crisis of the professional status of the rural teachers at the same time,hoping to give the education managers some help and guidance.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the preparation and design of the research,mainly elaborates the reason and significance of the research,the research method,the main concept of the study definition,the process of research and design,the theoretical basis of the six aspects;the second chapter is the Yunnan A state rural teachers flow to the civil service industry description of the status quo,mainly from the status of state teachers in the state of A state teachers and the flow of civil servants to do an analysis,the corresponding formation of the summary;the third chapter is the A state of five rural teachers The story of the civil service industry is the most representative mobile teacher selected from a number of cases,which include the reasons why all the rural teachers involved in this study flow to civil servants,with a summary of each case.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the flow of rural teachers to civil servants from the aspects of professional attributes and the living conditions of rural teachers.The fifth chapter is the researcher's reflection and enlightenment on the crisis of teachers' professional social status.
