Research On The Sense Of Service Of Student Union Cadres Of Colleges

For a long time,under the correct leadership of China Communist Party and the active guidance China Communist Youth League,student union organizations of colleges are playing the important role in organizing and guiding students to follow the socialist of China Communist Party,in providing service for the development of students and in maintaining the vital interests of students.To guarantee that the work of college student union can be done smoothly and student union cadres can grow up in practice,student union cadres have to take the purpose of “from students and for students”,to have the ideas and spirits of providing service for students,teachers,as well as colleges and to establish the service sense of “providing service for others and taking exercise for their own”.After a long period of development,a series of achievements have been made in the construction of the contingent of cadres of student unions,but there are still some problems.On “the 26 th Congress of the National Federation”,the following problems were clearly mentioned: Part of the cadres of student unions have some characteristics which are not consistent with their identities;some cadres do not realize their promises and some cadres are lack of the sense of service.So taking Marx's theory of human nature and the theory of all-round development,as well as the view of the mass of Marx as the theoretical guidance,this paper fully implements the related documents of Party Central Committee and Central League and makes deep research from the perspective of strengthening the sense of service of college student union cadres.Besides the introduction,this paper is mainly divided into four chapters.Chapter I is the overview of the related theories,which respectively defines the student union cadres,the sense of service and the sense of service of student cadres and compares the concepts which are similar to the sense of service to ensure the accuracy of the statements of this paper.In Chapter II,through the survey,the paper lists the positive and weak aspects of the sense of service of college student union cadres.Chapter III analyzes the reasons of the weak sense of service of student union cadres which are mentioned before,which takes the inner thoughts of individual factors and the external factors of education guidance,organization system,environment and education as the starting points according to the law of the ideological and political education process.The last chapter of this paper is to find the corresponding countermeasures for reasons which restrict the sense of service of student union cadres.Reasonable suggestions are given respectively from correcting student cadres' thoughts,strengthening the organization and guidance of Communist Youth League,improving the construction of student union system,optimizing service environment and broadening the way of education.
