The University Materials Management System Innovation And Policy Analysis Which Is Based On The Integrated Supply Chain Management

The management of college materials,from the view of microcosmic,refers to the reasonable use and proper management of the materials that are supposed to guarantee the development of colleges on teaching or researching.From the view of macroscopic,it refers to the effective use of government source to maximum college materials,meanwhile brings good social influence.With the rapid growth of advanced teaching in China,the source of college funds grows diversity and the amount and sorts of properties both goes up which increases the importance of improve college properties management.However,under present situation,there are still many shortages among the department setting,job setting,rule setting and supervision,which should arouse more attentions to promote settling complete and reasonable management of college properties.The article focuses on the current situation of college materials management in China,systematically analyzing the management regulation and proposes specific suggestions by analytic method,documents retrieval method from the view of integration supply chain.There are five chapters: the first chapter is introduction that introduces the research background and proposal,abstract of reference,main research methods,research content and the highlight point;the second chapter describes related theory and the general problems of the university material management system;the third chapter mainly focuses on analyzing and comparison the advantage of foreign university materials system;the fourth chapter suggest that the government should give the university policy support and the university should innovate its materials management system with integrated supply chain theory in department setting,rule setting,sharing platform and stock control;the chapter five suggest that the government should improve the policies and regulations about university materials management system,the university should build the new operation mechanism in materials purchasing,sharing information,resource allocation,materials management coordination;the last chapter concludes all previous chapters and look forward to the future of the university materials management development tendency.The article runs a systematic analyze on college materials management and concludes available solutions by combining current management with advanced integration s upply chain theory to create a new college materials management system,providing a new idea on college material management revolutions in China.
