The creation and development process of characteristic community in the public interest field is the key point of the school community construction,strengthening the construction of the public welfare of the middle school community,which has an important role to enhance the overall public awareness of the students.The positive contribution of the characteristics of public interest organizations in teaching should be paid enough attention to,improve the construction of the characteristics of X school community is conducive to establish a correct outlook on life and values for middle school students.Hope this paper to Shenzhen X middle school,and even other secondary schools have a certain reference value and value.In this paper,from the perspective of the characteristics of public welfare community construction as the core,the X characteristic of school public organizations as the research background,through the questionnaire method,interview method combing X school characteristics of public associations of creation and development,found that X in our specialty societies formed an excellent team,established the system of participating personnel widely the standard and effective management,but showing the distribution of low grade,public interest associations and diverse sources of funding,but funding is relatively tight,the whole society clear positioning,have a strong desire for development,community activities form rich,brand effect significantly,the X School of social influence is relatively weak.And so on.It is found that X has the following public school organizations need to solve the problem of the X School: social commonweal organizations lack of correct understanding,characteristics of commonweal organizations not to establish a community oriented public brand;concept development,management of the school management mode is not suitable for the characteristics of public associations not timely update;lack of school support,lack of guidance teachers with public organizations the innovation is not enough,lack of project design,the lack of scientific and public associations of execution is not enough,community facilities,cultural heritage and members' satisfaction is not high,the community is not enough;the enthusiasm of the students is not high,their attitude is not serious,the interest of the students,the students are not excited enough practical activities.At the same time that solve these problems can take the following measures: 1,change the public service activities on campus social awareness,build a loud public brand;2,strengthen school management improvement and innovation,schools should vigorously support public organizations,establish the "elite" teacher guidance system 3,to enhance innovation,community public organizations,community team to meet the needs of the students,community to outstanding cultural heritage;the concept of public service,4 students to strengthen,strengthen internal management and improve the members participation consciousness of students and students of public welfare activities to be realistic.
