Influencing Factors Analysis Of Basketball Referees On The Spot Practice

With the rapid development of basketball,the requirements of the game on both qualities and quantities of referees are getting higher and higher.Basketball referee,as a basketball game law enforcement,not only plays an important role in the smooth process of the game,high performance of athletic skills and tactical level play,but also promotes and boosts the development of China's basketball.This paper takes 219 basketball referees from Xi'an Institute of Physical Education,Shaanxi Normal University,Northwestern Polytechnical University,Zhengzhou University School of Physical Education,Henan Polytechnic University and Henan Agricultural University as study target.This article argues and selected the factors that affect basketball referees of university games on duty by the study of interviews of experts and other literature references.And then ranks of the primary factors affecting the game are given with Likert5 by experienced basketball team teachers,national referees and college student referees.With the identification of 7 verticals,10 test scores of social psychology from questionnaires of existing impact of the basketball referee on the spot as references Collect the questionnaire entries and sort them by order of importance,remove items with frequencies below 15%,merge duplicate entries,conceptually classify,and concept and summarize the results and repeat Of the entries were made to merge the entries 30,the analysis of the results,merging of duplicate entries and revise by 7 basketball teachers,after the subject to modify and delete,finally the questionnaire of factors that may affect university basketball referees on court is designed.:1.internal factors that affect college students referees on-the-spot of cutting include: physical factors and experience factors,psychological factors,professional quality.External factors include: golf course environmental factors and human factors,and other factors.2.Make questionnaire and conducted a series of statistical tests about the subject,make the questionnaire has good reliability and validity.Questionnaire using Likert5 scale,analysis influence each dimension score averages,from big to small order for experience,professional quality,physical factors,psychological factors,human factors,environmental factors,the court of other factors.3.Using independent sample t test and compare the differences between first and second referee influence factors of college students were analyzed,and the results show that college students' primary and secondary referees to experience factors,psychological factors and man-made factors on the pitch is significant difference results,on business factor,it is very significant difference between primary and secondary4.To college student referees on-the-spot practice test scores as the dependent variable,with the influence of college students' basketball referees on-the-spot of board cut seven dimensions as the independent variable correlation analysis and regression analysis,the results show that the experience factor,psychological factor and the professional quality of regression coefficients are significant,shows that these three factors are the most important factor of college students' basketball referees on-the-spot of cutting.
