Basketball,under the restriction of certain rules,with its special form,method and means,is carried out as an activity of confrontation and entertainment,which has evolved into an event both in competitive sports and the sports for the masses.Nowadays the development of basketball has received much more concerns and become one of the most loved sports in the world.The "shooting accuracy" as the core and aim of defense and offense in basketball is the first element of winning,in which the most important and common scoring method is jump shot.In view of the fact that most of the research on jump shot technique at this stage is a combination of the same type of action analysis,and only for the kinematic indicators or muscle biomechanical indicators of a specific research,but seldom do the simultaneous analysis and comparison of the two indicators.By the method of kinematics experiments and human muscle surface EMG experiment,this study takes the athletes from Chinese national men's basketball team and men's basketball team of Liaoning Province and students from Shenyang Sport University majoring in physical education for experimental measurement and analysis.Comparing the differences reflected in the vacancy jumper,through the data collected from the men's basketball players in the aspect of exercising time,change of speed,change of joint angles,the muscle EMG and muscle activation time features,the study centered on the bio mechanical characteristic and essential laws of this technology.Through the experimental data,combined with the analysis of video and related theories,the following conclusions can be drawn:In the buffer stage of ball-holding,Sun Kaihang takes too long to adjust after gravity drop.Forearm lifting,premature force and slight change of hip joint lead to the problem of too long overall technical action and inconsistent force.Lv Zhijun's lower limb joint buffer amplitude is too small,resulting in the weak force of the follow-up take-off.At the same time,there is a gap between the two major athletes and the four low-level students in terms of the ability of active muscle and the retrogression of muscle.In the step-up stage,in the process of upper limb swing,high-level athletes are better than low-level athletes.The elbow flexion degree of Li Jinyang is too large,while the body posture goes forward,which results in the final shot angle is too large.In the vacated shot stage,the shooting time of Guo Ailun is shorter than other Athletes show little difference in shooting time in according to the total length of the vacated phase.The shooting angle of Liu Zhixuan is the perfect one.The overall level of the high-level athletes is better than that of the low-level athletes.Some low-level athletes are less likely to have antagonistic muscle control than high-level athletes.
