Study About The Implementation Of Assessment Criterion And Evaluation System Of The Junior Swimming Lifeguards In China

With the development of mass swimming in our country,the swimming population increases,but the drowning accidents occur frequently,so the swimmer is more and more concerned.Operating swimming pool lifeguard configuration,often in the medical staff before the drowning has an important significance for survival.The lifeguard lifesaving skills master decided to rescue the lifeguard level,evaluation standard and content of culture determines the lifeguard quality,only to understand the real needs of the lifeguards lifeguard skills,to further standardize the examination content and evaluation system,to cultivate the lifeguard high standard,suitable for the needs of.In this paper,using the method of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other scientific research methods,investigation and analysis of China's swimming lifeguard skills requirements,evaluation criteria and evaluation system,the objective situation reflects the lifeguard skill requirements and evaluation criteria,and system.The experience of other countries and regions,combined with the situation of our country,puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the standard system,training and assessment of the lifeguard.The main research contents and results are as follows:1.The current China's primary swimming lifeguard swimming skills and the standard of the water to save the assessment criteria and the content of the overall difficulty is easy and less content phenomenon.Junior lifeguards just have a simple surface,skills and knowledge,training units ignore Lifeguard Training Quality,to meet the demand of primary swimming lifeguard practical skills at the swimming venue,training content which requires junior lifeguard to seize the key,more comprehensive and accurate.2.Should further strengthen the industry management,the establishment of a complete management system.The appraisal mechanism has some shortcomings,lack of supervision and management mechanism,easy to cause the insufficient assessor exam preparation,test scores in error,after the test summary and feedback is not timely,affect the quality of the lifeguard assessment work,at the same time,the provincial departments lack of occupation skill appraisal appraisal the qualification of management rights.3.The assessor also reflects the evaluation error of the level of business,the assessor should be serious assessment tasks,understanding the relationship between evaluation and lifeguard quality,continuous learning,improve their ability,and promote the smooth progress of the work will improve the score of objectivity.
