Register research is important for language teaching. However, in the current study, the research focused on the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,due to the primary school students or the middle school students living in the Chinese native environment, most people believe that the acquisition of the language register is native. But language register conscious didn't have a very smooth develop. Register conscious can be devided in to understanding and outputs,and the output part requires more than understanding. For students, it is written than the spoken language, with a higher degree of difficulty in language register transformation. So we will focus on students' language register transformation in the written expression.Research method is the corpus analysis, we use "composition corpus of primary and middle schools" and "CCTV news commentary corpus".We selected 3000 sentences from the first and 1000 sentences from the second. Every sentence was signed from the syntax structure forms, grammatical shift means, morphological markers and ancient sentence labeled. We get the formal degree of a article by these methods.We found that the development of the acquisition in language register transformation is not happen overnight.Its development process is also a process of imbalance,.In the third grade of middle school, the style transformation of primary and middle school students ability development reached a turning point, after this period,the development of transform ability of style appeared slowed phenomenon. This suggests that the middle school third grade students' ability to switch style development basically completed. And through the research we found that the NP +is + + XP, Causal conjunctions,?zhe structure had the characteristics of more significant, can be used as the focus of the style transformation ability evaluation standard.
