Mid-distance running and long-distance running in track and fie ld are endurance c lasses with aerobic metabolism,and the aerobic endurance of developing long-distance runners helps to improve their athletic performance.At the same t ime,muscle fat igue on the athletes caused a greater negative impact,serious may lead to muscle damage,wh ich affected the athletes training and competition.Mastering the athlete's aerobic capacity and muscle fatigue can provide an effective reference for the development of training intensity.This paper will study the aerobic capacity and muscle fatigue of middle and long distance runners,test the gas metabolism and study surface electromyography technology,hoping to provide some reference for sports training.In this study,10 athletes(18.00 ± 2.26 years)of long-distance running ma le athletes in the track and fie ld management center of Liaoning Province and university were selected as the subjects.The ma ximu m oxygen uptake test was performed on 10 athletes using the portable cardiopulmonary function telemetry,recorded the metabolic inde x changes and the surface electromyography technology in the subjects of the lower limb muscles of the main muscles,the made data calculation and analysis.1.Th rough the analysis and statistical test of the results of gas metabolis m,the aerobic capacity of the athletes should be analyzed fro m mu ltip le inde xes.According to the results of th is study,the ma ximu m o xygen uptake,ma ximu m o xygen uptake time,ma ximu m o xygen uptake speed,ventilation threshold appears time,the best perform of these indicators are not the same athletes.2.Through the analysis and statistical test of the results of electromyography intensity,the EM G intensity of the lower limb muscle showed an increase with the increase of exerc ise load,and the oxygen uptake was positively correlated with the EMG intensity.3.Through the analysis and statistical test of results of EM G MPF,the MPF of the latera l gastrocnemius and soleus muscle of the lowe r limb muscle decreased with the increase of load in the incre mental e xerc ise.The MPF of the fe mora l rectus,media l fe mora l muscle,fe mo ral latera l muscle,the biceps fe moris and the gastrocnemius muscle showed a decreasing trend in pa rt of athletes,and the o xygen uptake was negatively correlated with MPF.Athletes have different indicators of the results,coaches can base on the characteristics of each athlete to develop appropriate training progra ms.In addition,it can also provide a reference for the monitoring and effect evaluation of sports training.
