The Research Of The Training Situation And Strategy Of Campus Football Coaches In Guizhou Province

To implement the “suggestions on strengthening the teenage sports to enhance their physique of CPC Central Committee and the State Council”and promote the extensive development of “Sunshine Sports”for millions of students,"the plan of campus football for Chinese teenage"(hereinafter referred to as the "campus football")will make the football sport an important part on campus through the careful implementation and unremitting efforts.The plan will enable the students to build up the body,develop their team awareness as well as the mental strength and exploit the talent in the joy of playing football,which will lay a solid foundation for the revitalization and development of China football as well as the healthy growth of the youth.As one of the most important parts in football,football coaches have received more and more attention.The football coaches who are the managers and decision makers in the team are in charge of the daily training and organization of competition,so the cultivation of the coaches is a prerequisite of the campus football.Therefore,in a region or a school,football coaches with high quality and high level will play a decisive role in the development and implementation of campus football plan.From the perspective of training the coaches,my research is conducted through various research methods such as learning documentliterature,carrying out questionnaire,interviewing experts and so on.The research analyzes the basic situation and the training of football coaches on campus in Guizhou.During the interviews of the involved students,lecturers,experts and coaches contributed to find out the main factors which affected and limited the training of Guizhou football coaches on campus,hoping to seek for an appropriate training system for the coaches consistent with the reality of Guizhou Province Campus football and provide a reference for the development of Guizhou Province Campus football career.The conclusions drown from the research are as follows:1.With the rapid development of society and economy,the development of sports industry in Guizhou province is very fast.In the past two years,the campus Football League have been regularly organized,which greatly enhance the overall level of campus football in Guizhou province.2.For lack of trained professional school football coaches and related personnel,the Provincial Department of Education together with Guizhou province Football Association starts the campus football coaches training plan,but there is something to be improved,such as training mode,selection system,teacher ability,funding support and so on.3.To improve the quality of training,it is necessary to further study and perfect the training system,including selecting the teachers from the middle school to participate in the training,attaching great importance to the practical reform and innovation,strengthening the cooperation and exchange between educational department and the Football Association(domestic and foreign occupation club),and setting up a gradient assessment criteria.
