Objective: This paper analyzes the action technology of the elite athletes from the biomechanics and anatomical angles by the technology of the left side ball,and obtains the kinematics data and EMG parameters,to provide a theoretical basis for guiding teaching and training.Through the biomechanical and electromyographic analysis of the speed,joint angle and upper limb of the three stages athletes,the speed,angle characteristics and muscle participation of the left side of the fixed point were studied.So as to provide a scientific theoretical basis for the movement and force principle and technical training of soft power ball movement.In practice,the special strength training methods and methods consistent with the characteristics of the nervous muscle system are reasonably arranged,to improve the level of special training.Method: This paper selects four outstanding athletes who participated in the soft power ball national competition.Through the experiments of three-dimensional photography and surface EMG tester,the experimental data were obtained and analyzed by mathematical statistics method.Results: 1.at the the ball stage,the overall speed of the left lower limb articulation point is the maximum speed of left ankle,the speed of the left knee joint is the smallest,the speed of the right upper arm articulation point is from large to small,the right shoulder joint — right elbow — right elbow;In the lead ball stage,the overall rule of the left lower limb articulation point is the speed of the left leg,the speed of the left foot articulation point is the minimum.The speed of the right upper arm articulation point in four subjects is generally from large to small,the right hand-right elbow-right elbow joint-right shoulder joint;At the throw the
