Study On The Allocation Of Urban Public Sports Facilities And Residents Satisfaction

With the continuous development of science and technology,the way of information access also changes with each passing day.Grasping the law of development of public sports service facilities accurately in our country has very important significance for entrenching the infrastructure investment strength and directions of public sports service facilities,enacting the planning of regional development and strategy of site opening,realizing coordinated supply of public sports service facilities,and improving the public sports service satisfaction degree.Through referring to the data of the sixth national sports ground investigation,collecting data of public sports facilities service,and giving away questionnaire for investigating public sports facilities service satisfaction,this article collets all the data needed,then censuses and processes data collected,which provides theoretical basis for research.This article mainly adopts the method of document literature,expert consultation questionnaire,and mathematical statistics and so on.Choosing national public sports facilities service as the research object,this article describes,censuses and analyze the venue size,type distribution,opening condition and public demand.Basic public sports service satisfaction in the city was analyzed by questionnaire survey,and by using single factor analysis of variance,structural equation model method and so on,statistical analysis was carried out.The main research conclusions:(1)According to official data of the sixth national sports ground survey,scale,site type and open situation of the national public sports facilities was analyzed.The sports playgrounds in the east of in China are mainly concentrated in the park,industrial and mining,hotel(shopping malls,hotels)and residential area(the streets),and the popularity situation is good;Sports venues in the central region are concentrated in enterprises and organizations;In the western region,in addition to the campus,the proportion of square in the total number of sports venues is higher than other two areas.In contrast,the population distribution of western region is not relatively concentrated,and utilization rate of facilities is low.(2)By collecting demand indicators of public sports installations and facilities service though searching the index in our country,the results show that China's public sports facilities requirements are mainly distributed in male between 20 to 49 years old;Public demand for sports installations and facilities has a certain timeliness,which is easily affected by various environment;Most demands are concentrated in public sports leisure places and small-scale athletic sports areas.Supply and demand situation of public sports facilities is not optimistic.(3)Starting from the basic characteristics of demography,based on the differences of public satisfaction degree for sports facilities service,about 1422 copies of questionnaires were analyzed by using of SPSS statistical software and the methods of single factor analysis of variance.Results show that education degree of the research object and distribution area both have significant influence on satisfaction of urban basic public sports service,but there is no significant difference between gender and income level on satisfaction of urban basic public sports service facilities.(4)Structural equation model is established by using of AMOS software.Aiming at public sports facilities service questionnaire,make influence factors scale,formulate hypothesized model,verify the model on divided areas(three economic regions of east,center and west),and make path analysis.Results show that the economically developed eastern areas pay great attention to the quality of services,and infrastructure of central and eastern areas is the main factor affecting the public sports service,the western region traffic inconvenience,public sports facilities is relatively concentrated,residents could not enjoy service of the public sports facilities because of traffic inconvenience in western region and relatively concentrated public sports facilities.Suggestion: public sports facilities planning should consider the needs of local;Increase the opening rate of all kinds of school sports venues;Solve the contradiction between supply and demand of public sports facilities;Improve service ability of public sports facilities.
