Objective: In order to promote the development of yoga in public fitness,we study the combined effect of yoga exercises on middle-aged women 's flexibility,core stability,balance,symmetrical balance and prevention of sports injuries.To study the impact of yoga on the function of the body function in order to better guide yoga fitness to improve fitness awareness,scientific guidance movement.Subjects and Methods: Fifty middle-aged women aged in Lianhu District,Xi'an were selected as the subjects.FMS tests were performed on 40 middle-aged women in the experimental group.According to the scores,the corresponding yoga links were organized and implemented.Yoga exercises after the FMS test scores change,as well as the seat of the flexion,open eyes closed single foot and a minute sit-ups relationship.90 minutes per class,including 10 minutes of breathing meditation,70 minutes of Hatha yoga exercises and 10 minutes of yoga meditation.The basic part includes warm-up Japanese style(1.Traditional 2.A 3.B).The main basic content is the sky,tree,dance,warrior three,upright grasp the balance,King Kong sitting,riding,right angle twist,triangular twist plate,elbow side plate support,bridge(single leg or legs)On the leg,boat,side panels,simple locust type.Stretching exercises are sitting angle,beam angle,cat stretch,King kneeling,cattle noodles,sitting before flexion back stretch,Cobra,supine twist,swing type.The results were analyzed using SPSS 22.0.Results: The 16-week Yoga Intervention Exercise Group had a one-minute sit-up(s),open-ended,single-footed(S),sitting-body flexion(CM)and FMS test scores Very significant difference.FMS test in the step on the column and the active knee straight leg lift action mode before the practice have a very significant difference,while the push-ups mode of practice before the show was significantly different.CONCLUSIONS: The 16-week yoga intervention exercise has a significant effect on the subject's ability to improve core strength,static balance,vestibular function,and hip hip flexibility.Yoga intervention exercises to improve the ability of middle-aged women also have a significant role in the exercise,is conducive to reducing the risk of middle-aged women in daily exercise damage.
