The Study Of Implicit Moral Education Method And Its Application In Confucian Culture

Implicit moral education is an important method of moral education in Colleges and universities,which is of great significance to promote the College Students' ideological quality,moral quality and political quality and so on.The traditional Confucian culture contains a variety of moral education methods,need to be concise,summary and application.At present,China's colleges and universities use the implicit moral education in the Confucian culture has made some achievements,there are also problems and deficiencies.In order to improve the effectiveness of moral education in Colleges and universities,we should base on the actual situation of moral education,make use of the resources,take the useful moral education methods.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is an overview of implicit moral education and implicit moral education method.Implicit moral education is a special way to carry out ideological and moral education through the use of other courses,environment,activities and other resources outside the curriculum of moral education.Implicit moral education has the characteristics of implicit,diversity,life and persistence.The recessive moral education method is the means and the carrier to carry out the recessive moral education activity,so the reasonable use of the recessive moral education method has the promotion function to the Recessive Moral Education and the entire university moral education.The second part is about the implicit moral education methods in the Confucian culture.Confucian culture is profound and contains a lot of valuable moral philosophy.Besides,it contains many enlightening recessive moral education methods,such as inquiring,with music,grand ceremony,positive demonstration,environmental influence and so on.The third part is about the present situation and problems of the application of implicit moral education in Colleges and universities.Colleges and universities strengthen the application of implicit moral education methods,pay attention to cultivate good moral education environment.However,the application of implicit education method also has some problems: the recessive education and open education with diaphragm,innovation ability of implicit moral education method,environment needs to be optimized,the moral education ability of education workers needs to be improved.These problems restrict the effect of implicit moral education.The fourth part,innovating of implicit moral education methods to strengthen the implicit moral education in Colleges and universities.At present,colleges and universities should be based on the reality of moral education,make full use of the resources of the implicit moral education methods,and further strengthen and promote the development of implicit moral education in Colleges and universities:adhere to the implicit moral education and dominant moral education complementary,perfect the moral education and management system,improve the professional quality,expand the diversity of moral education curriculum and activities etc..
