In recent years,a lot of advanced and reasonable concepts advocated by new curriculum reform need to be realized by front-line teachers in class.Effective teaching behaviors in mathematics classroom have drawn more and more attention and gradually become a hot topic in domestic education research.The research of effective teaching has been carried out abroad for a long time and gained many representative achievements.Regarded as the foundation for learning of senior middle school mathematics,the learning of junior middle school mathematics is at the stage where students transit from learning basic mathematics knowledge of primary school to learning deep mathematics knowledge of senior middle school,whose learning effect directly influences the understanding and mastery of mathematics knowledge of senior middle school.The efficiency and quality of teaching can be improved by virtue of intuitive classroom teaching behaviors of teachers and the optimized combination of teaching behaviors.This research used the literature research method to search for relevant literature materials from abroad,and had a overall grasp of current research situation of effective teaching behaviors in class.Based on mathematics teaching practice,it used the action research method to analyze the factors that affect the present behaviors of mathematics teachers in junior middle school.Taking the teaching of factorization in Sheyang No.2 Middle School as an example,it carried out classroom observation of teaching behaviors for different lesson types given by teachers of different kinds,analyzed results of observation,selected teaching behaviors with high frequency,and conducted theoretical analysis and elaboration for behaviors of narrating,questioning,interaction,discussion and demonstration.Besides,it took “MPCK” as the main theoretical basis to explain reasons for the existing problems of teachers' teaching,and put forward strategies to construct the classroom where effective teaching behaviors are carried out by mathematics teachers in junior middle school.
