Objective:In order to improve the relevance and timeliness of the training and promote the development of elliptical machine movement, the aim of this paper is to explore the different discharge modes of the 9 muscles of the lower limbs when walking on the elliptical machine, and to explore the different slope and different muscles of the elliptical machine effect of Time Domain Characteristics on Muscle Surface. To explore the elliptical machine with different slope of the same muscle and different muscles of the same slope when the lower limbs are the main work of muscle groups and muscle activation,so as to make reasonable use of the elliptical machine fitness and apply the elliptical machine better in fitness, training and exercise.Rehabilitation and other aspects to provide reference and recommendations. Methods: A total of 22 healthy male athletes were randomly selected and screened. The muscles of the lower limbs(3,8,11,14,17,20)were taken for 20 s,the speed was controlled at 120 rpm,and the velocity was controlled at 120 rpm.The maximal random systolic value MVC of the rectus muscle,Resistance to 3,while the use of surface electromyography technology,EMG data sampling frequency of 500 HZ,full real-time monitoring of the lower limb muscle surface EMG changes;after selecting the five gait cycle data in the Graphpad Prism 5 software The AEMG and RMS were normalized, and the percentage of muscle work and the intensity of muscle activation were analyzed by EMG time domain indicators. The percentage of muscle work percentage and muscle activation intensity were performed in EXCEL and Graphpad Prism 5 software, respectively. Results:Different slope:In addition to the medial side of the muscle in the slope 17,20 and slope 3,8 compared to a significant difference(p<0.05);There was no significant difference in integral electromyography(IEMG)and root mean square(RMS)between the other slopes(p>0.05).Different muscles:(1)Percentage of muscle work: In six slopes, the proportion of muscle work in the femoral rectus, femoral medial and lateral femoral muscles accounts for more than half, and with increasing slope it shows an increasing trend(50%,50% 53%,54%,55%,56%);In the slope of 3 and 8,the gluteal muscle in the proportion of work done better than the gluteus maximus, and with the slope of the gluteus maximus and gluteus muscle to do the proportion of convergence;gastrocnemius, lateral muscle with the slope of the increase in the proportion of work done Reduce the trend, the peroneal muscle of the proportion of doing work slightly higher than the fibular lateral muscle;semitendinosus and biceps muscle work done a small proportion.(2)Muscle activation: There were significant differences(P <0.05)between the rectus femoris and femoral biceps in 6 slopes, and the difference was more pronounced with the increase of slope(p <0.01).In addition,at the 14,17 and 20 dikes, the medial and lateral muscles of the femoral and lateral femoral muscles were significantly different(P <0.01),and the difference between the semitendinosus and the peroneal muscle was gradually decreased until there was no significant difference(p> 0.05).Conclusions:(1)In addition to the average integral EMG of the vastus medialis muscle, the slope had no effect on the mean integrated EMG(AMEG)and root mean square(RMS)values of the muscles of the lower limbs.(2)In the slope of the proportion of the work done in the top three muscles as the main muscle group, respectively, the vastus medialis muscle, vastus lateralis muscle;rectus femoris muscle.(3)With the increase of the slope, the anteroposterior side of the thigh(femoral rectus, lateral femoral muscle, femoral medialis muscle)showed an increasing trend. At the slope of 3 and 8,the proportion of the gluteus muscle was greater than that of the gluteus maximus. With the slope of the increase in gluteus maximus and gluteus muscle to do the proportion of convergence;peroneal medialis and peroneal muscle activity is getting lower and lower, showing a decreasing trend;semitendinosus and biceps muscle of the lowest proportion of the lowest.(4)When the number of revolutions is 120 rpm,the muscle activation of the lower limbs is basically the same at different slope.
