| August 3,2015,the first CBA draft held in Beijing,which is the first time in the history of CBA drafts in the form of open recruitment of players,has aroused widespread concern in society.But the results unsatisfactory,enrollment only 20 people,and ultimately,only from the Northwestern Polytechnic University,Fang Jun Lei Chongqing Zhaolong professional club selected,and only by telephone to inform.In the second year of the CBA draft,the results slightly improved,but only Guo Kai and other three CUBA players were selected.This is the beginning of the CUBA league "the development of college basketball,training basketball talent," the purpose and the macro target is not commensurate.ased on this,this paper takes CUBA as a research object to study the constraints of CBA high-level basketball players.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,this paper analyzes the physiological conditions,Coaches management,league tournament system and other aspects of analysis,draw the following conclusions:(1)CUBA players in the age and CBA players no obvious fault,the age structure is reasonable,while CUBA players sports athletic ability is lacking,and CBA players have a certain gap.(2)CUBA players learn contradictions,training intensity and exercise can not meet the requirements of CBA.(3)CUBA coaches age structure is reasonable,is conducive to the development of CUBA league;CUBA coach coaching ability,and CBA coach there is a gap.(4)CUBA players have less experience than CBA players.Suggest:(1)optimize the CUBA player selection system,improve the quality of CUBA players students.(2)reasonable allocation of academic training time,reduce the contradiction betweenlearning and training.(3)to improve the professional level of CUBA coaches,optimize the selection system.(4)to optimize the CUBA league system,the appropriate increase in the game,increase the exchange opportunities with the professional team. |
