Study Of Joint Area Teaching And Research Effectiveness Of "Public Kindergartens Guide Private Kindergartens" Between Villages And Towns

Private kindergartens play an important role in the pre-school education.The young teachers who graduated from vocational schools occupy the main part of private kindergarten teachers' structure in villages and towns.Their professional level and the quality of education are generally lower than public kindergarten teachers.So it's extremely urgent to carry out the plan of research and training,in order to improve their professional level and the quality of education.Since the public kindergartens start to play the leading role in the teaching and research of joint area,it has been widely used as a significant way to improve the education quality in private kindergartens.However the effectiveness has already became an important indicator to measure the outcome during the process of organizing the joint area teaching and research.Therefore,to focus on teaching and research effectiveness is good for improve activities in joint area teaching and research,it has an important research value.This paper is to investigate the public kindergartens,private kindergartens and the teachers by uses the literature,questionnaire,interview,observation,and the self-complied questionnaire of the effectiveness of "'public kindergartens guide private kindergartens' between villages and towns",then to study six elements of effectiveness:school support,teacher attitude,activity organization,event theme,public kindergarten's support and activity effects.On the basis of this,the paper puts forward some advices to analyze the factors that affects the activity effectiveness from 3 levels which is the educational administrative departments,kindergartens and teachers themselves.
