With the acceleration of the silver wave,China has formed a diversified old-age care service system based on home,community and institution.In the context of the current aging population,the pension industry has vigorously released the demand for care,and the most important thing is to solve the medical care problems of the elderly.As an important way of supporting the aged in China,institutional endowment has gradually developed a new mode of combining medical care with nursing care,providing specialized medical care services for the aged.At the same time,institutional pension is also an important way for the elderly to choose the way of life in old age.However,the elderly in the pension institutions,based on physiological,psychological,interpersonal and other reasons,produced a variety of abnormal reactions,affecting their ability to adapt to life.In this paper,taking Y endowment institution as an example,the external environment of Y endowment institution is explained through the introduction of hardware facilities,service contents,charging standards,personnel and other aspects.Based on interviews with elderly people,understand life after the city endowment institutions to adapt to difficult,and from the perspectives of individuals,families,organizations,analyses the reason of affect people living pension life adjustment problems,the introduction of the necessity and feasibility of group work intervention.From intervention of preparation,group work practice,discusses the evaluation,the clear team work in live endowment people adapt to difficult life research theory significance and the practical significance,in order to improve the ability to adapt the elderly pension institutions in the life,its healthy to spend their twilight years.
