Objective: the purpose of this study was to study the biomechanical characteristics of lower limb strength and continuous vertical jump of Kinesio, explore the different parts of tie paste performance on lower limb muscle strength and exercise may affect,to provide the experimental basis for application of Kinesio in sports practice. Methods: College of physical education,30 male students as subjects, using CON-TREX isokinetic muscle testing and training system of subjects with post Kinesio and lower limb muscle strength were collected by infrared VICON motion capture and analysis system and KISTLER three-dimensional force respectively on the subjects of continuous longitudinal jump 35 times in the process of lower limb kinematics and dynamics index collection.Isokinetic data using paired samples t test were analyzed and compared, the continuous vertical jumping kinematics and dynamics data of vertical jump times and the difference in different groups were compared using repeated measurement variance of two factors.Results:(1)the knee extensor peak torque on the dominant side of 120° /s,60° /s,the non dominant side in 60° /s Post Bar Kinesio and has statistical significance(P<0.01),peak torque of knee flexor muscles with paste before and after the three angular velocity were not statistically significant(P>0.05);ankle extensor muscle peak torque and the advantages of non dominant side curved muscle peak torque at 60° /s after ligation paste has statistical significance(P<0.05)in 120° /s,180° /s flexor extensor peak torque was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)the maximum time to reach the peak torque of knee and ankle joints, non dominant extensor muscle was statistically significant at 60° /s,ankle flexors reached the maximum peak torque time was statistically significant at 60° /s(P<0.05);the dominant side of knee joint and ankle joint tie paste before and after the peak torque to body weight there was statistical significance in 60° /s;tie paste before and after flexor and extensor ratio was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)the vertical jump height of vertical jump with theincrease in the number of significantly decreased(P<0.01),but the difference between the groups before and after post ligation were not statistically significant, unit four biceps tie stick Kinesio jump, and peak ground reaction force.Increased significantly, with statistical significance(P<0.05).(4)the joint angles of hip, knee and ankle joints are increased with the increase in the number of vertical jump was significantly larger(P<0.05),knee joint in the bar posted before and after comparison, with statistical significance(P<0.05),hip joint and ankle joint tie paste before and after contrast no significant difference(P > 0.05).(5)with the increase of the number of vertical jump, vertical jump kicking time increased significantly, with significant difference(P<0.01),unit four biceps tie paste before and after the jump kicking time difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),continuous vertical jump bar posted before and after the buffer time had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).(6)before and after ligation paste in continuous vertical jump stretch and buffer stage main work index of IEMG with lower limb muscle movement time on the whole also showed a decreasing trend, with the extension of movement, the lower limb muscles in the main level gradually decreased.(7)there was no significant difference in the effects of the interaction between the site and the group on all the kinematics and dynamics(P > 0.05).Conclusions:(1)at a slower speed down with Kinesio can increase lower limb extensor muscle strength isokinetic contraction, and the dominant side bar is better than the non dominant side stick.(2)the effect of taping on the maximum peak torque of the lower limb muscles had some influence on the lower limb, and there was no significant difference between the dominant and non dominant side.(3)there was no significant effect on the change of the vertical jump height in the muscle paste, and the effect of the internal fixation of the biceps femoris muscle was significantly increased, and the peak of the reaction force was significantly increased, and the stretching time was shortened.(4)the femoral head of the biceps femoris muscle and gastrocnemius muscle in the internal effect of the paste, continuous longitudinal jump in the buffer amplitude has been reduced, stretching time is shortened, may be the reason for the increase in force in the literature of the subjects in the four.
