Aerobics Teaching in Colleges and universities,the rhythm of music rhythm is closely related to the movement of the body,and the movement is the length of time,the speed,strength,strength,the size of the size and other factors combined,and by the rhythm of music played a leading role,so as to show the body of the body of the performance.Music is the soul of the body and soul.It is a very important part in the teaching of students' music rhythm.Through the cultivation of the sense of rhythm,music can enhance the understanding of the performance of the students,so that students with the soul to touch the music,feel the spirit of music,so that the music really into the aerobics,the most perfect feeling,and easy to make the aerobics rhythm and rhythm of the organic integration together,effectively improve the quality of aerobics.Therefore,it can not only improve the students' ability of the students' body to develop and improve the students' ability of the students' ability of the students' body and music,but also strengthen the students' aesthetic consciousness.Through literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experimental test method and mathematical statistics,this paper makes a random sample of 80 students from 2 classes in the natural course of Yanshan University aerobics elective course,and carries on the research of music rhythm contrast experiment.The results are as follows:1.Before the experiment the experimental class and the control class students in age,height and weight of three basic indicators,evaluation of technical level specifications,operation proficiency,music with action and the intensity,expression,total score index and reflect students' sense of music rhythm music rhythm response index on the independent samples T test and paired samples T test,found the control class and the experimental class in all indexes had no significant difference,so as to ensure the fairness and objectivity of test.2.After the experiment,compared to the experimental class and control class,through independent sample T test showed significant difference between the two,and the total score of the experimental class average 84.13 points higher than the total score of the control class average 71.42 points.In the movement specification,the movement proficiency,the movement,the music coordination,the movement dynamics and the expression ability,has the extremely remarkable difference,the experimental class average value is obviously superior to the control class.3.Before and after the experiment,the average response time of the experimental class was reduced by 1.86 seconds,and the relative improvement rate was 13%.In the students' technical level,the technical grades of the experimental class changed from good to good before the experiment,and accounted for 50%,and the excellent rate was 27.5%.The reaction time of the students in the experimental class of applications from the metronome before the experiment reduced from 16.17 seconds to 14.31 seconds after the experiment,has significantly improved the control class;the average response time reduced to 0.13 seconds,the relative increase of 0.18%.In the assessment of technical achievements,the majority of cases are still regular and the excellent rate is 5%.The students in the control class to the beat of the music reaction test average by reduced from 16.16 seconds to 16.03 seconds,but after the paired samples T test showed that before and after the experiment has no difference,that the students in the control class teaching rhythm and teaching is basically the same as before,no significant increase.4.Before and after the experiment,students aerobics sense of rhythm music cognition and learning ability,the experimental class and the control class before and after the experiment,students of aerobics music rhythm self cognition,learning interest,learning attitude,musical ability and improve the effect of subjective judgment,physical coordination,aesthetic ability and enthusiasm to participate in extracurricular activities the index on the experimental class before and after the experiment of music rhythm cognitive ability is enhanced,the control class before and after the experiment,students of Aerobics aerobics learning cognitive ability is also improved,but the increase is small compared with the experimental class.Research conclusion:1.Before through the experiment to test the test indexes can be seen that the experimental group and the control on the experimental classes and that in comparative classes do not have significant difference,guarantee the fairness and objectivity of the experimental design.After the experimental classes and that in comparative classes for teaching experiment,the experimental classes of test scores are better than that in comparative classes,shows that the cultivation of the music rhythm to improve the effect of aerobics learning has the very good role in promoting.Music rhythm teaching can improve students' reaction speed and improve students' ability to respond to music rhythm,and have a good teaching effect on improving students' music rhythm.2.Targeted in aerobics teaching,training the rhythm of the students,is conducive to the development of students aerobics skills level,to promote students in Aerobics skills understanding and mastery.At the same time,it also has a good effect on the coherence,speed,strength and rhythm of the technical movements.3.The rhythm of the music in the teaching of aerobics training,through strengthening the training teaching method of music rhythm,to stimulate students' interest in learning,mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of students to participate in learning,enhance students' sense of music rhythm and aesthetic ability,promotes the coordinated development of the student body,plays a significant role in promoting understanding of students' sense of music rhythm.
