The classroom problem behaviors always affect teachers and teaching,the effective management of teachers on students' classroom problem behavior has been one of the important contents of effective mode of classroom management,is also one of the effective classroom of the judging criteria.To this,the domestic and foreign experts and scholars of classroom management and problem behaviors had done a lot of research and investigation,but the study of primary school classroom problem behavior.The study uses documentary research,questionnaires research,individual interview and classroom observation.The thesis consists of 5 parts.Part 1,research background,purpose and significant,contents and methods.Part 2,take the teachers for example to analyze the management strategy application for further investigation.Questionnaire content to the five dimensions: prevent strategy,control strategy,correction strategy,evaluation strategy,and strengthen strategy to investigate teacher about the application of management policies;Interview contents two aspects: classroom management and classroom management strategy research.Writer interviewed 7 disciplines teachers to analyze the theoretical basis and practical operation;Classroom observation is based on English class,through research and district-level teaching and research level of comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the students with teachers' classroom problem behavior of the present situation of the application management strategy,finally writer got the following conclusion: teacher's choice of management strategy application with gender,teaching age,grade and subject has a direct relationship between the variables of different lead to teachers on the selection strategy with focus on and lead to different teaching effect.Part 3,get the conclusion on management methods.Part 4,the deficiencies and prospects.At last,writer achieved the following results: 1.Students' problematic behavior dramatically dropped.2.Teachers are more capable of dealing with problematic behavior.3.The class atmosphere has been effectively improved.4.The teaching effect has been enhanced.Only by taking appropriate management strategies and handling teacher-student relationship well,can we create a harmonious class,ensure education quality,improve teaching efficiency and reduce the burden on teachers.
