The Research On The Issues Of Cooperation Between Higher Vocational College And Enterprise In Personnel Training

Along with the development of manufacturing industry in China,the higher vocational colleges are more and more concerned by the country and the whole society as the training of technical talents reserve army.The current "Made in China 2025 Strategy ","Internet plus","One Belt And One Road" and other powerful strategies have been proposed,the higher vocational college education,which aims to cultivate "high quality,highly skilled and application-oriented" talents,has raised higher requirements.The successful experiences of education in foreign developed countries make us understand:if we want to realize the development of education in higher vocational school,train more and more innovative and high-quality talents needed by the society,we must go the way of university-enterprise cooperation.Through the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises,We can make full use of the advantages of both sides of the school and the enterprise to achieve resource sharing and achieve benefits from several aspects.Therefore,it is of great value to study the cooperative talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges and enterprises.Based on the above concepts,on the basis of reviewing the literature on the cooperation of domestic and foreign universities and enterprises,a large amount of written materials is obtained.To make the article more convincing,we have selected the higher vocational colleges in Dalian city as the case of investigation and analysis.The content of this article is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part,including the research background,significance,concept definition,literature review,idea and method,innovation point,altogether five parts content.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of university-enterprise cooperation.The third chapter is based on the statistical analysis of the data collected by the students,teachers and 20 cooperative enterprises in the seven vocational colleges in Dalian city,according to the order of the survey object,the design and implementation of the investigation,and the survey results.Meanwhile,the analysis is conducted from three aspects:students,teachers and enterprises based on questionnaires and interviews.The fourth chapter is based on the results of the investigation.and analysis of chapter three,summarize the problems and reasons behind the participation of all parties involved in the process of cultivating talents.Among them,the first most part--the questions,from the enterprise,the school and the student three respects.The problems with enterprises are that the initiative of enterprises to seek cooperative institutions is not strong,to participate in the low level of talent cultivation and the inadequate supervision of trainee students;The problems of the school are the unreasonableness of the teaching materials,the unscientific curriculum and the lack of innovation in teaching design;Problems with students are low in the eye,lack of professional skills,lack of professionalism and so on.The second most part--the reason behind it,the analysis from three levels:the government,the enterprise and the school.The fifth chapter aims at the above problems and the in-depth analysis of the reasons,drawing on the successful experience of the cooperation between the higher vocational schools and enterprises in foreign countries,and proposing solutions from the government,enterprises and schools.The countermeasures include:speeding up the formulation and improvement of relevant laws and regulations at the government level,increasing the investment in the cooperation between the two sides,utilizing the industry associations to play a guiding and coordinating role;At the enterprise level,we should improve the safety management system of the trainee students at the top post,make the business"profitable"and give the "preferential human rights" to enterprises;At the higher vocational school level,we can speeding up the construction of the campus university-enterprise cooperation agencies,improving the school's own research ability,speeding up the construction of "double-type" teachers and strengthening inter-school cooperation to realize resource sharing;The last chapter is a summary of the content and the prospect of future research.
