Population Mobility And Rural Residents Generation Of Income Mobility

At present,China rapid economic development and social development have made great achievements,but at the same time,we must understand that there are still outstanding problems such as economic and social development incompatibility,lack of social fairness and justice and other prominent problems,which will lead to the widening of the income gap in the society.The great achievements made since the reform and opening up can not be separated from the vast rural residents,and the development and progress of our society can not be separated from their efforts and support.Because of the existence of the household registration system,many rural residentswho work outside the country can not enjoy the welfare of the urban residents,and become the population floating residents.At present,the gap between the rich and the poor is large,and the problem of inequality is more prominent.Intergenerational income mobility is a reflection of the correlation between the parents and the offspring in terms of income.The intergenerational income mobility directly reflects the level of social equity,this paper innovatively put the population flow as a class of rural residents,as a class,it is the rural household registration,but the place is completely different,the study of intergenerational income mobility between the two.Through the calculation influencing factors among rural residents and population flow of residents and the intergenerational income elasticity analysis,the improvement of social inequality,improve the flow of rural residents and the income of the population,to promote the flow of population into the city residents gradually,eventually become city residents,to improve the rate of city of our country,has very important practical significance the.This paper calculates and analyzes population mobility and intergenerational income mobility of rural residents.On this basis,it further investigates the way of intergenerational income transmission of residents.Through the study,results showed that:(1)at present,the intergenerational income mobility of poor residents income Chinese,intergenerational transmission phenomena,intergenerational income elasticity of population flow is higher than that of intergenerational income elasticity of rural residents;floating population can increase the income of rural residents.(2)through the transformation matrix analysis,it is found that the intergenerational income of the residents at both ends of the income distribution is less.(3)through the decomposition of intergenerational income elasticity,it is found that the two forms of intergenerational career transmission and intergenerational educational transmission occupy a major position in the transmission of Chinese intergenerational Income.(4)the relative poverty has gradually become the main form of poverty,which not only needs to be deprive of poverty,but also should prevent the emergence of poverty after the poverty alleviation.The significance of this paper lies in the end,in order to improve intergenerational mobility,promote social justice,maintain social stability,the government should continue to increase the education investment more and more high-quality educational resources to the poverty-stricken areas,tilt educational resources to vulnerable groups.At the professional level,we should increase the training of vocational education,train a group of blue collar members at high level,and improve the mobility of intergenerational income and reduce the transmission of intergenerational income,so that the society will develop more harmoniously.
