Research On The Characteristics And Countermeasures Of Liaoning And Shenyang FC 2016 Season

Liaoning Shenyang Hongyun football club is the strength of the Chinese Super League,the ten consecutive titles have not been broken,but in 2008,many aspects of the impact of a state fell,to the first class,the last five years has been hovering in the League of ten.This study focuses on the attack and defense of the club in the 2016 super league matches and the balance relationship between the two players.The research uses field investigation,video analysis,and related literature as theoretical support.Through statistical data,it is found that Liaoning Shenyang Yang Hongyun football club is capable of attacking ability.When the ratio is insufficient,the ratio of ability in defense is lower than that of attack.In general,the ratio of attack and defense ability and balance is not reasonable,and the relevant suggestions are put forward on the basis of this.This conclusion can provide guidance for the team's pre competition training,which aims to improve the team's overall competitiveness in order to achieve better performance.
