Walking has always been one of the dominant events in winning gold in track and field in our country,but there have also been downturns and fluctuations during this period.In recent years,with Chen Ding,Cai Zelin,Wang Zhen and other old elite walking athletes making relatively good achievements in international competitions,Our race walking has reached the advanced level of the world.In addition,outstanding young athletes such as Wang Kaihua and Bian Tongda have also emerged to understand and analyze the technical characteristics of our outstanding walking athletes,and to train and prepare for war in a targeted manner.In order to improve the performance of athletes,there is a certain reference.This paper through the literature,testing,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis of 201 The video of the first six men's 20 km race walking athletes in the 13 National Games of 2017 years was studied to analyze the technical movements of the six athletes at different speeds during the competition.Results of the study:1.The tension-degree of knee joints of swinging legs and insufficient pedal after supporting legs appear with the improvement of walking speed.The pace of China's top runners increased significantly from low to medium speed,while the pace increased slightly.From the middle speed to the high speed,the step frequency increased little and the step length increased significantly.2.Time indicators: in addition to edge access,the five athletes all had the phenomenon of two legs uncoordinated.From the middle speed to the high-speed stage,the two legs became more uncoordinated with the increase of speed.The right leg is smaller than the left leg,and the right leg is better than the left leg.3.Distance indicators: six athletes have relatively stable body ups and downs at moderate speed,and too large body ups and downs at low speed and high speed.The middle speed to high speed pace of the six athletes increased significantly,but there was a gap between the middle and high speed pace and the world's outstanding athletes.4.Angle indicators: China's excellent male walkers have good forward control of the lower trunk at low speed.The athletes in our country have the phenomenon of small ground Angle,and with the improvement of speed,the groundAngle decreases,and the landing technology is insufficient.Prudent and Chen Rui large forearm Angle control is better,stride is open,but the other four athletes,the increase of walking speed in the hips and upper limb tension increases,in front of forearm rotation error motion.
