Research On The Current Situation And Influencing Factors Of The "Learing And Training Integration" Of Juvenile Football In Inner Mongolia

Football is the most extensive and influential sports events in the world.The activities of youth campus football have a positive influence on the construction of strong country in competitive sports the development of youth campus football can cultivate the persons with morality and quality and promote the development of football career,providing strong support for the realization of a powerful country in sports.The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,as the first national football reform pilot provinces,has been highly regarded by the party Central Committee and the State Council and leaders of the autonomous region.The training of teenagers becomes an important program which these distinctive football schools explore and ponder over.Because youth campus football lies in an extended and developing stage,how to form a healthy and comprehensive training system becomes a problem these distinctive football schools attach more importance to.In order to promote the development of youth campus football and improve the understanding of the youth football between learning and training,the article researches on the practice in the process of the collective training in Hainan of the Inner Mongolian teenagers football team in the model of the combination learning with training.By use of literature review,expert interviewing,questionnaire,statistics and logical analysis.some research results have been obtained as follows:1.There are some factors promoting the students' training: the schools understanding of teenagers football training in Inner Mongolia;the gaining from the collective training in Hainan where Inner Mongolia youth football teams go;the advanced training theories and methods of the coaches who go to the training center in Hainan.2.The football training center in Hainan in the model of the combination learning with teaching has a great influence on students' training.The training improves the understanding of the general knowledge of students in the center,cultivates the good manners of students and urges students to learn to become a person full of gratitude and good quality.3.The author comes to a conclusion.Through the analysis of these students who participates in the football training.The conclusions are as follows: the combination learning and training can improve the level of training and general knowledge courses,laying a solid foundation on the further development of youth campus football,so it is the teaching method which the distinctive football schools explore and use.4.The article analyzes the collective training's effects on the development of campus football in Inner Mongolia by the way of combination learning with training,which promotes the personal developments of students and the advancement of campus football and the development of youth football in Inner Mongolia.
