Study On Educational Strategies For Repeaters At Independent College

Since the beginning of the new century,China's higher education has developed rapidly.With the expansion of the scale of education,higher education has gradually changed from elite education to mass education.In the education process,a part of the students because of the problems in study,life,psychology and so on,cannot adapt to the university study and complete the school academic requirements within the years of prescribed,appear the repetition situation.There are a lot of data shows,most of the colleges and universities exist repeat students in our country,and research the problem of repetition has important significance to improve the students study and the academic status and university personnel training quality.This paper selects Hunan province 3 independent colleges part repeaters as the research object,through questionnaire survey,data collection and analysis of the questionnaire,the use of education,educational psychology and other disciplines of knowledge,problems and reasons analysis of independent college students fail to exist,put on the prevention of college students repeat and education have repeated students.This paper consists of the following four parts.The first part includes the background,background,purpose,significance,methods,content as well as the domestic and foreign related research on repetition college literature review.The second part is the basic concepts and theoretical basis of the study.Including the definition of independent college students,and repetition pedagogy and psychology,education ecology and different theoretical basis.The third part,to carry out empirical research from three independent colleges in Hunan province.Briefly analyzed the students' problems in study,life,psychology,education,management and other aspects and discuss the causes of repetition of the cause of independent college students appear.The fourth part is to put forward the prevention and education of students from the repetition strategy,do prevention,strengthen management,and improve the system and other aspects.
