University is the main position of cultivating business management professionals.Excellent business management professionals can solve the development of enterprises facing a variety of management issues,and promote sustained and stable social economy development.With the enterprise development in which the competition and cooperation requirements are getting higher and higher,the enterprise of the business management professionals are getting higher and higher requirements.universities must be in accordance with the "ordinary universities undergraduate professional directory and professional introduction"(2012 version)on the macro requirements of business administration,improve the various parts of the content,the development of business management professional training programs and curriculum norms in order to improve the quality and efficiency of personnel training.Based on the analysis of the needs of business professionals,as well as the "ordinary universities undergraduate professional directory and professional introduction"(2012 version)as the basis,the use of literature research,expert interviews,text analysis and case studies and other research methods to the six universities in Hunan Province of business management professional training program as a research sample,the main content of the training program,that is,training objectives,training specifications and curriculum analysis were analyzed.The analysis shows that the business management professional training program has the knowledge ability to describe the personnel training goal is not comprehensive,the service direction is partly high,the training type description is not accurate,the generalization description and the talented person characteristic are not obvious,etc.exist in the training specification Training specifications and training objectives are inconsistent,the training content is not comprehensive,cultivate specifications and connotation is not clear and other issues,there are courses in the course of the nature of the attribution is not clear,the curriculum defects or redundant,the proportion of unreasonable modules,practice teaching content is not Complete and other issues.Through the analysis of the problem of personnel training program,we will re-construct the application-oriented business management professional training objectives and training specifications,as well as the modular business management professional curriculum system for the universities to develop business management professional application talents training program reference.Finally,the author analyzes the syllabus of the course of business administration in a university and finds out that there is a lack of completeness in the content of the course syllabus,inconsistency between school allocation and teaching content,and the rough teaching content.Through the analysis of these problems,we will give the basic format and content of the course specification of business administration,give the curriculum standard for the curriculum of the newly constructed curriculum system,and provide reference for the university to cultivate the applied talents of the business management.
