Recently,people pursue MOOC from fanaticism to rational thinking.In the rational thinking stage,Prof.Fox proposed the SPOC teaching model for the disadvantages of MOOC.SPOC(Small Private Online Courses)refers to small-scale restrictive online courses that help improve learner engagement,interactivity,and course completion rates.Many scholars at home and abroad have conducted empirical research on the SPOC teaching model and achieved good results.Learner satisfaction is an important measure of the effectiveness of SPOC teaching.It is a realistic topic to explore its influencing factors.This study first reviewed the research status of SPOC teaching and learner satisfaction both at home and abroad,and defined relevant concepts.Secondly,using ACSI theory to build a preliminary model of learner satisfaction influencing factors in SPOC teaching,based on the relationship between the latent variables proposed nine research hypotheses.Next,based on Bell's communication model,the main part of the questionnaire was established,and at the same time,an open question was designed to investigate the implementation of the class of SPOC teaching for Lanzhou University.The statistics of the questionnaires were collected and tested for reliability and validity.A preliminary model was built in AMOS and the model was revised four times to form the final model of the study.The model shows that learners expect to have an indirect effect on learner satisfaction.Learner perceived quality has a direct impact on learner satisfaction.Learner perceived value has a direct impact on learner satisfaction.Finally,from the perspectives of improving learner expectations,perceived quality of learners,perceived value of learners,and answering open questions,it is proposed that teachers should fully mobilize the enthusiasm of learners and encourage learners to dare to speak in front of everyone;teachers should watch MOOCs Video,to avoid unnecessary duplication;teachers allow learners to understand that the development of learning ability is more important than the learning of knowledge,so that learners can eliminate the inefficiency of the teaching of SPOC;teachers should promptly answer questions rather than skip and other specific strategies.
