With the deepening of China's rural reform and the acceleration of urbanization,more and more migrant workers and their children come to the city.Since the children's education in 1996 came into public view,our government has formulated and implemented a series of related compulsory education policies,which guaranteed the educational rights and interests of their children.Academic circles also aim at obligations.The education management has put forward a lot of suggestions and has a certain reference value.However,for one of the five main urban districts in Chengdu,the number of migrant workers and the most frequent children in Jinniu District is still lack of pertinence.Further research is particularly important.This paper firstly studies the domestic and foreign about the children of migrant workers in literature at the stage of compulsory education,and combined with Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,strengthen management theory,and theory of compulsory education Skinner,analyzes the main content of the migrant workers and their children compulsory education management,construct the theoretical framework of this article.The geographical conditions and their children accounted for the high point of the selection of 5 public primary schools in Chengdu Jinniu District as the research object,starting from the basic elements of educator,education,education content,and environment of education,and gradually developed the "migrant workers" compulsory education management of primary school children the questionnaire and interview outline.Finally,through the empirical study found the children in primary school compulsory education management: student weariness,high academic achievement is not ideal;structural contradictions,outstanding teachers occupation moral anomie;classroom management is not scientific and uneven allocation of resources;the school hardware facilities to improve the school environment to be improved etc.And put forward feasible suggestions to improve the children of migrant workers and primary school compulsory education management problems: changing the concept of education,participation in school management;school innovation management system,promote the management democratization process;optimization strategy to seek social support,helping social forces;improve the social security system,to increase national finance put into precise popularization of compulsory education voucher system.In order to maintain the rights and interests of the compulsory education of the migrant workers' children as far as possible.
