Design And Implementation Of A Real Estate Investment Decision System

It has been an enormous development in the field of information technology since the rapidly growing economy of China recently. Real estate industry is like the twin-born to the status of economy. It shows significant importance of how to apply fine and decent management in real estate industry during the low-profit time period. Indeed, there exists various highly unknown risks in the investment. Therefore, gaining and developing of a real estate company could be determined by each project, which could be profitable if the decision is made accurately by using suitable information management.The X-factor of making a decision in real estate industry is complex. It requires accurate enough information, which also requires to be collected in a short time, to the project manager. Consequently, this situation lower the efficiency and higher the risks. Building Information Modeling(BIM) somehow turns to be an efficient way and there still exist various development. In this article, we focus on the issues that the project manager in real estate industry will meet and their solutions which leads to a higher accurate and efficient decision making and release enormous human resources. Furthermore, how one decision making system satisfy the requirement of customers by using information technology, such that a stable efficient BIM made through sufficient research and decent design, will be discussed in this article.We use AutoCAD.NET as a secondary development tool in this article. Based on that, real requirements and conditions in the industry are as our data. We show the 3-D view of our models and dynamical calculations of data in the results part, which in order to increase and decrease the success rate and time during the decision making period, respectively.
