The stable development of agriculture is a prerequisite for the development of China's national economy, but the efficiency of agricultural water use in China has been in a low level compared with the developed countries, leading to the slow development of agriculture. Therefore, only to achieve the improvement and implementation of water-saving irrigation technology in order to promote the development of traditional agriculture in china. With the rapid development of communication technology, 3G, 4G network coverage is basically complete, the stability of the network and the communication rate have greatly improved, so the remote control technology is applied to various fields, this paper will tell us how the remote water saving irrigation system is designed and implemented.Combined with the remote control project of corn drip irrigation water-saving irrigation in Huangyangtan,Ningxia Province, we carry out the remote water saving irrigation control system design and implementation based on the Android platform. The reason why the topics chosen for the Android platform design and application is that Android and Android devices in everyday use popularity rate is higher, and has the advantages of simple operation, porting applications well, etc. The user can use the mobile communication network to monitor the field soil moisture change, and control the field electromagnetic valve remotely, thereby controlling the field irrigation. Remote service center system is composed of the web server, MySQL database and Tomcat server components to complete the main function including user accounts, information management, irrigation unit and sensor distribution management, soil moisture data statistics and management. Android user terminal control module which can work in three mode, Manual, Semi-automatic or Automatic.User can control irrigation and the switch of any solenoid valve in Manual control mode. Semi automatic control mode can allow user to set the irrigation time, which would end the irrigation automaticly when the time is up.The fuzzy control technology is adopted in the Automatic control mode, and the required irrigation time is obtained by the fuzzy control algorithm based on the standard soil moisture value and the actual value of soil moisture.Firstl of all, this paper will make deep research abort the remote water saving-irrigation control system at home and abroad as well as it's forward-looking scientific tends; secondly, I will describe the overall scheme of the system and the key technology in detail; thirdly, according to the software development process, to analyse the remote water saving irrigation control system of each module's need. Finally, to introduce how the system of data communication protocol, automatic control algorithm, database and function modules is designed and actualized.
