At present,China's telecom industry has come into a new competitor pattern with many competitors from the monopoly operations and the market competition become more and more complex and competitive.Competition has made telecom operators turn to the customer-centered business strategy.In order to provide the excellent service for customer,a real-time highly active,flexible and credible performance management system is absolutely necessary.This thesis presents an overview of the solutions for database development,administration,and performance management.This thesis mainly develops software of information management system including Cycle affairs management functions,business busy hour management functions,data query function,the performance monitoring function.It first analyzes the function of specific demand in terms of performance.On the basis of demand analysis,the information system framework is designed,including the system hierarchy,basically and functional modules,etc.Then it expounds the implementation of system,the interface of each module and interface of the description of the specific function in detail,including Cycle affairs management modules,business busy hour management modules,data query module,the performance monitoring module.Finally is the system test,the test includes two aspects,respectively is function test and performance test,the function tests,by writing a specific case,to carry on the system input,and then compare the expected output and actual output;In performance test,through the simulation of a large number of users at the same time operating scenarios to test the pressure to bear ability of information system.Through the above program design,the operating efficiency and safety of the information system can be increased significantly.The system based on this model is simple and practical with low operation cost and high accuracy.
