Research On The Innovative Development Of Guangxi Library From The Perspective Of Public Culture Services

The public library is an important component of the public cultural service system.It has the core functions of social education,advocacy of social reading,information service and promotion of social harmony.It has important functions of cultural center,leisure and entertainment;potential functions include community centers.However,with the popularization of information technology and internet application,the public library faces the new challenges brought by the change of public reading habit,the competition of information service and the space of network communication.Facing the decrease of the number of users,the public cultural service Low-performance dilemma.This paper begins with the challenge of researching the public library in the new environment of rapid development of information technology.The challenges of the public library include the service mode of library,the diversification of service means and the challenge of the library public service efficiency.Including the popularity of the Internet,information services,traditional publishing industry updates.Then,based on the new public management theory and the new public service theory,this paper takes the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Library(hereinafter referred to as the Guangxi Library)as the research subject,introduces the development status of the Guangxi library,analyzes the Guangxi library service business data,Guangxi Library,and summarizes the results of Guangxi Library's exploration of service innovation,and finds out the existing problems,namely:service concept deviation,digital resources The utilization rate is not high,the service function needs to be expanded.These three problems caused the Guangxi library innovation and development of obstacles.This paper analyzes the specific cases of Guangxi Library and draws lessons from the successful experiences of the advanced libraries both at home and abroad.It can help the public libraries to improve the service efficiency of the public libraries in the face of the challenges of the information age.,And promote the overall sustainable development of public cultural undertakings in China to provide guidance for reference.
