In recent years,the demand of vehicle terminal equipment continues to expand along with the vehicle monitoring being more and more popular,so the existing vehicle terminal products are more and more rich,but the function is uneven and cannot fully meet the existing monitoring needs.Aiming at the problem that the function of the existing vehicle terminal equipment is not complete,this paper makes a deep research on the vehicle terminal with panoramic and close-up function.The overall program of vehicle terminal is:the camera on the upper part of the vehicle terminal can be driven up and down around by vehicle PTZ,in order to achieve the close-up function of any direction of the video surveillance screen;the video image captured by four wide-angle lenses that fixed at the lower part of vehicle terminal at intervals of 90 degrees generates panoramic video by panorama stitching system,so as to realize the panorama monitoring function.And this paper mainly studies the mechanical structure design,hardware circuit design and the realization of vehicle panorama function.In addition,the anomaly detection of vehicle monitoring video is also the focus of this paper.In this paper,we use worm gear reducer and timing belt drive as the driving scheme of the vehicle PTZ,and finish the 3D modeling and finite element analysis of the mechanical structure by SolidWorks,and complete the hardware circuit design of the vehicle terminal basic function module.Finally,the resulting vehicle terminal runs well and can perform basic functions.This paper proposes the vehicle panorama function based on multi-camera and designs the system which generates panoramic image based on image mosaic,and puts forward the algorithm of panoramic image mosaic based on the improved ORB features point.The experimental results show that the system can generate panoramic images which have good visual effects and compatibility.Due to the presence of interference,this paper designs the anomaly detection system of vehicle video monitoring,and focus on the introduction of some algorithms which is applied to the detection of video noise,sharpness,brightness and color shift.Finally,the experiment results show that the proposed algorithm is efficient and feasible.In this paper the vehicle terminal product has been designed and realized which has the close-ups and panoramic function.At the same time,a monitoring video system for anomaly detection was designed to improve the quality of video surveillance and the efficiency of maintenance.All outputs confirmed that these works are of certain theoretical and practical value.
