Design And Realization Of Social Comprehensive Tax Information Exchange Platform In Shangluo City

With the continuous development and changes of China's economy,the difficulty of tax collection and management is growing.It is necessary to fundamentally plug the loopholes in the management and management.At the same time,the establishment of a comprehensive social tax system can effectively promote tax revenue.In accordance with the comprehensive tax system of Shangluo municipal government,the long-term mechanism of tax-related information sharing needs to be established.To further strengthen the tax collection and management,the overall idea of tax revenue needs to be protected.Shangluo City Tax Bureau intends to invite the relevant departments of the government to establish a tax protection information sharing mechanism.Social comprehensive tax information exchange platform of Shangluo City,which uses a mature information technology and network environment,so as to solve the taxation departments involved in the process of information sharing information exchange,information transmission,information collection and management issues.The platform system is B / S structure,the system relies on My SQL database,so as to ensure the centralized and effective management of tax-related information sharing.In addition,the system mainly completes the functions of resource catalog management,exchange service management,information sharing management,electronic form,information collection and management,performance appraisal and system rights management.It can replace a lot of manual operation,reducing the duplication of work at all levels,improve the efficiency of data collection and utilization.This paper introduces the design background of the platform,the status quo of tax-related information exchange at home and abroad,and the purpose and significance of the design of tax-related information exchange platform.In addition,this paper introduces the related theoretical techniques involved in the research and development of information exchange platform,including B/S architecture,STRUTS architecture,My Batis framework,My SQL data and so on.At the same time,on the basis of the actual situation of Shangluo City,Shangluo City comprehensive tax information exchange platform needs were analyzed,including functional requirements analysis and performance requirements analysis.In the meantime,this paper designs the logical structure,network and function of the platform.Finally,the platform is implemented and tested.The results show that the design ofShangluo City's comprehensive tax information exchange platform meets the design requirements.
